Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to love your NTNK product. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • EU customers benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (see Section 5).

  • International customers are voluntarily offered a 30-day return period.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


2. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email service@ntnk.io with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once your request has been approved, we'll provide the return instructions and the return address.

  3. Package the item securely and arrange return shipping at your own expense.

  4. Send the package using a trackable shipping service. We recommend retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact service@ntnk.io within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.

If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product,

  • Repair the product where appropriate, or

  • Issue a full refund.

In these cases, NTNK will cover any necessary return shipping costs.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Hygiene or cosmetic products once unsealed

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


5. EU Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Email service@ntnk.io with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

  • Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or sufficient proof of return), using your original payment method.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or applicable law provides otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Sealed hygiene products once unsealed

  • Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery


6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Where payment was made in cryptocurrency:

  • Refunds are issued in cryptocurrency based on the current market value at the time the refund is processed, not the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

  • Blockchain transaction fees, gas fees and network fees are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or blockchain network.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law or where the return results from our error.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please:

  1. Return your original item following the return process.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

This allows us to process orders more quickly and maintain accurate inventory.
