1. Overview

We want you to love your NTNK product. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • For EU customers, statutory 14-day withdrawal rights apply by law (see Section 5).
  • For international customers, we extend this period voluntarily to 30 days.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will need proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email service@ntnk.io with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the product back using the provided details.
  4. Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the product as appropriate.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Hygiene or cosmetic goods once unsealed
  • Perishable or consumable items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Discounted or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

5. EU Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

If you are an EU consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

Email service@ntnk.io with your order number and statement of withdrawal. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using your original payment method. You are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

No withdrawal applies to:

  • Custom/personalised products
  • Sealed hygiene items once unsealed
  • Goods that cannot be separated after delivery due to mixing

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Crypto payments: refunds (if applicable) are issued in crypto at the current market value at the time of refund, not the original rate.
  • Transaction fees (e.g., gas fees) are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear.

7. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order. This ensures fastest processing and inventory accuracy.
