At NTNK, our priority is to ensure that you receive your order quickly, securely, and transparently.We partner with trusted logistics providers to deliver worldwide from our fulfilment hubs in Germany and China. We always aim to process and ship your order within 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment.

2. Shipping Locations

We strive to consolidate your entire order into one shipment to reduce delivery time and environmental impact. However, depending on product availability and warehouse location, your order may arrive in multiple parcels. This does not affect your total shipping cost, which is calculated once at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Fulfilment warehouse location

All costs are displayed transparently before you confirm payment — no hidden fees.

4. Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer free worldwide shipping above certain order values:

The free shipping threshold refers to the net product value (excluding taxes & service fees).

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Germany & EU: 5–9 business days

  • USA & Asia: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–18 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or carrier delays.

6. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to appear. If you did not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact service@ntnk.io.

7. Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We cannot influence or estimate these fees, as they are determined by local authorities.

8. Delays or Lost Shipments

While rare, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays, strikes, or weather events) can affect transit times. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please reach out to service@ntnk.io with your order number for support.

9. Crypto Payments & Shipping

For orders paid in cryptocurrency:

  • Processing begins once the blockchain transaction is confirmed.

  • Delivery times apply from the moment of confirmation.

  • In case of refund or replacement approval, the value is recalculated in EUR/USD at the current market rate.
